As Phillip Dutton’s head groom, Emma Ford earned the 2007 U.S. Eventing Association’s Professional Groom of the Year award. The British expat moved to the United States in 1998 and was an integral part of international teams at the 2006 WEG in Aachen (Germany) and the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). This summer she's adding the Olympic Games in Hong Kong to her résumé as well.
