Default I cannot thank Smartpak enough

Sometimes we have to thank business for doing good,,,,this morning I read that one of the victims of the Newtown CT shooting loved horses. Her name was Jessica,,,in what I read Jessica was promised a horse when she would reach the age of ten. Sadly that accolade will never be reached. Instead of flowers I wanted to send a Breyer horse to the Honan Funeral Home,,,,well I rang up Smartpak,,,,the young lady was struck by my request and sent three tiny angel horses on their cost...thank you Smartpak...
    Regards
    Jeanne

    Smartpak,,,truly a very caring company
SmartPak Hi Jeanne, thank you for thinking of SmartPak for your wonderful gesture. We're all deeply saddened by Friday's events and our thoughts and condolences go out to the families.
While we know there is nothing we can say or do that would even begin to alleviate the grief created by the loss of a child, all of us SmartPakers who've lost horses and ponies over the years are asking all of our beloved former equine partners to welcome Jessica, and all those who lost their lives, with warm whinnies and friendly knickers.
Your note about ponies in heaven reminded us of the wonderful words Stanley Harrison penned:
    "Somewhere in time's own space
There must be some sweet pastured place
Where creeks sing on and tall trees grow
    Some Paradise where horses go.
For by the love that guides my pen
I know great horses live again.”

We hope that everyone finds peace in that sweet pastured place.

SmartPak is obviously made up of good people. So glad to do business with such a company.

SmartPak sent me two hand-written notes when my horse died. Of course this tops that by a mile.

    They are amazing.

Smartpak may not be a "mom and pop" business, but the way they treat their customers is. Wonderful, touching gesture from OP, and what a great response from smartpak.
