So exciting!!!
I got the email from ChocoMare that I was now entered in the Kringle Database and told my DH right away. He thought it was some clearance for my new gov't job.

tee hee
We warmbloods have already done all our shopping and mailed everything to Eleanor in Canada. While it might be fun to not know whom you will be paired up with, it's great to get a head start on everyone.
We' finished. Just before the hurricane passed us by.
Now we can read what others are doing. And tease a little more.
We're bad,
And we sent plaid.

What's up with the changes on coth? We warmbloods don't like change, and had to go to Chocomare's profile to look for this thread. Thank God we got all our shopping and mailing done before the changes on coth. We'd be lost.
OK now with everyone having all the trouble with the hurricane and weather and flooding, everyone please go out and buy your items for your designated person. With all this crazy weather, you don't want to wait till December and then be unable to shop because of flooding or storms or tornadoes. (We actually had tornado warnings on New Year's Day here about 5 yrs ago!)
Remember, it's better to give than to receive. Well that's what people say. Warmbloods say it's better to give to warmbloods.

Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Our gifts are on their way,
They should arrive at Eleanor's house,
Just about any day,
We can't wait, it's been such fun,
shopping and eating hay,
Makes us feel good to do something nice,
And then go run and play,
We want to know if Eleanor likes the ornament we got from Starhouse and the sun catcher we got from Eventgroupie2. We have good taste, we're warmblood you know, and Eleanor has a warmblood. Her warmblood should really like those gifts since he is the subject of both of them. Warmbloods like to admire themselves. We're pretty vain. Well pretty and vain is more like it. And Eleanor's horse is a handsome guy.
And Eleanor's warmblood is going to wear plaid!

We cannot ever be revealed,
That was part of the deal,
We've got to avoid detection,
Because we're in witness protection.
Besides, we made that post on the political thread. Where we live, we'd be run out of town and country.
Hey, Polydor, you are in Canada. Eleanor lives up there. It is difficult to get presents to Vancouver Island. We warmbloods got so tired filling out one declaration, and then we had to switch to another declaration. And all's fair in Secret Santa-ing. Even the post office ladies knew we 2 horses were secret santas. She brings out smartpaks to the barn!
Or Australia? We hope it isn't hard to get packages to Australia. We've bought stuff from europe but have never mailed anything out of the USA before.
We declare that declaring was tiring!
Hmm, someone gave us a thumb's down on that political thread post. Beware the wrath of the warmbloods!

Got mine, too! Time to start shopping!
I hope I get an elf that likes to tease and hint. Makes it so much more fun! I'll do my best to keep my person guessing.

Got mine, but it didn't have a subject line. Fortunately, the name looked familiar. Just a heads up to people to not blindly consider things spam without looking.

Got mine...
With all the detail I have in it, I'm worried I didn't say enough about myself! Ah well, rookie mistakes.
So excited to get this started... I don't want to create an alter to start "tricking" until everyone has theirs.
