The reality show will shot on location at Dover’s Wellington, Fla., farm and is expected to last a course of three weeks. The riders will be filmed as they work, ride, train and live under Dover’s tutelage. The riders will live in a three bedroom, two-bath house together and will have to impress Dover inorder to stay on the show.

“This will be something like a cross between the “Apprentice” and “American Idol”, said Dover. “The riders will be tested on their ability to ride, train, teach, manage a stable and their ability to interact well with others. After the first two weeks there will be only three riders left.”

Dover said he received over 460 video tapes after he put the word out he was sponsoring this show. He and four other judges narrowed the field down to 26 and then to the final six. Dover added that the show will be three episodes long and he is currently talking to national distributors.
