LEG Shows & Events To Host Seven Weeks Of Competition At Colorado Horse Park



Officials at the Colorado Horse announced March 2 that LEG Shows & Events will be hosting seven weeks of horse show competition at the venue in 2020.

The complete schedule being produced by LEG Shows & Events is as follows:

  • Summer in the Rockies II – June 10-14
  • Summer in the Rockies III – June 17-21
  • Summer in the Rockies IV – June 24-28
  • Summer in the Rockies V – July 1-5
  • Summer in the Rockies VI – July 8-12
  • Colorado Fall Preview – Sept. 10-13
  • Colorado Fall Classic – Sept. 17-20

Highlights of the summer and fall schedule include weekly grand prix events, USHJA hunter derbies, WCHR and the Maclay Regionals.

“We are pleased that LEG has agreed to run the shows for 2020, and we look forward to a full program in 2021,” said CHP President Michael Stone.


“LEG is excited to be involved with horse shows in Colorado, and horse show manager Charlotte Skinner-Robson has been very involved with the Colorado hunter/jumper community and will do a terrific job with the shows,” said LEG Managing Director Marnye Langer.

A representative for the Colorado Horse Park confirmed that CHP will not be hosting any dressage shows or events this year unless the venue is rented out by a local association.
