Lexington, Ky.—Sept. 4
With more than 500 starters in the novice and beginner novice levels at the U.S. Eventing Association American Eventing Championships this week, there was more than enough chance to see every breed and color of horse imaginable.
Saddlebreds, Quarter Horses, Ahkal Tekes and more showed just how fun and inclusive eventing can be for horses of all kinds.

Audrey Bennett and Welsh Cob-Hanoverian Bad To The Bone jumped well in the beginner novice junior division.

Brooke Murray and Talon Ted ran through the Head of the Lake in the beginner novice junior division.

Maura O’Connor and the aptly named Belgian cross Wonder Pony jumped well in the beginner novice junior division.
