Editor’s note: This list was updated Oct. 11.
As the inaugural Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill draws closer, two horses have been withdrawn from the original entry list. The event runs Oct. 13-17 in Elkton, Maryland.
With the changes, the total number of pairs now stands at 48. See the full list here.

The withdrawals are:
Buck Davidson withdrew Sorocaima, an off-the-track Thoroughbred who he competed instead at the Oct. 7-10 Morven Park CCI4*-L in Virginia. (Davidson had entered four horses at Maryland but had to choose three.)
Maxime Livio (France) and Vitorio du Montet, who completed the Pau CCI5*-L (France) last year.
