Xanthopolus Dressage started in 1994 out of Molly's own North Star Farm in Xenia, Ohio. After many years of success in the Midwest, Molly and her husband relocated to the East Coast in 2012 and now call Wyndham Oaks in Boyds, Maryland, home. 

As the resident dressage trainer, Molly works with a variety of horses, spanning young horses at the beginning of their careers to FEI competitors. Molly competes on her own horse and those of her clients at recognized shows in United States Dressage Federation Region 1.
