Anky van Grunsven confirmed she won’t be competing at the upcoming Palm Beach World Dressage Masters, scheduled for Jan. 26-29 in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Van Grunsven, who was slated to ride her 17-year-old Olympic partner Salinero, withdrew from the competition because of problems with her husband Sjef Janssen’s health. Janssen, Dutch team coach, underwent brain surgery for a benign tumor in November and still has medical appointments in the Netherlands.

Tickets for the Palm Beach World Dressage Masters went on sale earlier this week. They can be purchased online.
