The 2027 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final, the FEI Dressage World Cup Final and the FEI Vaulting World Cup Final will be organized in Gothenburg, Sweden. The decision was made by the Fédération Equestre Internationale board at its monthly teleconference Tuesday.

First held in 1977, the Gothenburg Horse Show has deep connections with the most prestigious FEI indoors series. Gothenburg played host to the first FEI Jumping World Cup Final in 1979 as well as the inaugural FEI Dressage World Cup Final 10 years later in 1989.

Other key allocations made by the FEI board include the 2027 FEI Jumping European Championships to Waregem, Belgium, the 2027 FEI Dressage and Para Dressage European Championships to Randboel, Denmark, the 2027 FEI Vaulting European Championship to Verolanuova, Italy, the 2027 FEI Driving European Championships for Four-in-Hand to Baborowko, Poland, and the 2027 and 2028 FEI Driving World Cup Finals to Bordeaux, France.

“The allocation of major FEI finals and championships for 2027 and 2028 is very good news and demonstrates a healthy interest in hosting major FEI events,” FEI President Ingmar De Vos said. “We are very happy to return to a historical venue such as Gothenburg, which has hosted the FEI World Cup Finals in jumping and dressage on multiple occasions and has a proven record of excellence at the Scandinavium Arena. In 2027 the Gothenburg Horse Show will be celebrating its 50th anniversary, and it will be a memorable occasion since an FEI Vaulting World Cup Final will be organized in Sweden for the first time.”

The allocation of the FEI Eventing European Championship 2027 is scheduled for the in-person FEI Board meeting in June, while the FEI Endurance European Championship 2027 will be allocated in the autumn of 2025.
