1. Terms of Service:

1. Annual subscribers will receive the following benefits:
   1. 40-issues of The Chronicle of the Horse (print and/or digital based on the subscription package you choose)
   2. 4-quarterly real estate guides (digital)
   3. A $20 discount on a classified advertising package.  Coupon expires if not used within 12 months.
2. 20-issue subscribers will receive the following benefits:
   1. 20-issues of The Chronicle of the Horse (print and/or digital based on the subscription package you choose)
   2. 2 quarterly real estate guide (digital)
3. 4-issue subscribers will receive the following benefits:
   1. 4-issues of The Chronicle of the Horse (print and/or digital based on the subscription package you choose)
   2. 1 quarterly real estate guide (digital)

2. Continuous Service Guarantee:

1. Standard subscriptions have a continuous service guarantee.
2. All subscriptions paid by check or cash will automatically be renewed at the completion of your subscription terms.  You will receive an email invoice as well as an invoice by mail and will be required to respond with payment before your subscription expires to guarantee continuous service.  We are not responsible for missed issues due to failure on the part of a subscriber to pay before expiration of their subscription.  Missed issues can be purchased through our website or by calling our offices.
3. All subscriptions paid by credit card will automatically be renewed at the completion of your subscription terms.  If you subscribed for an annual term or a 20-issue term, you will receive an email with a courtesy invoice informing you that your subscription term is nearing expiration and you will be charged for a similar term within the next two weeks.
4. If you do not choose to continue your subscription, simply notify us by phone or mail before the charge and we will suspend the service.
5. If you subscribed for a 4-issue term, you will automatically be charged after receiving your 4th issue for another 4-issue term.  You can upgrade to a longer term at any time.

3. Termination or Suspension of the Service, Your Use of the Service, and/or the Agreement:

1. We reserve the right, in addition to our other remedies, to terminate, discontinue, suspend and/or restrict the Service, your account/profile, your ability to access, visit and/or use the Service or any portion thereof, and/or the Agreement, including without limitation any of our purported obligations hereunder, for any or no reason, with or without notice.
2. Even if the Service, your ability to access, visit and/or use the Service or any portion thereof, and/or the Agreement is terminated, discontinued, suspended or restricted, by you or by us, we have no obligation to (but we may in our discretion) remove any Content, and therefore copies of all information with regard to your account/profile and/or Content you may have posted, uploaded, transmitted, sent or otherwise made available on or through the Service, may be retained and/or remain viewable by us, our licensors, vendors, service providers and/or other third parties, including other users. Nevertheless, we have no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any information with regard to your account/profile and/or Content you may have posted, uploaded, transmitted, sent or otherwise made available on or through the Service. All provisions of the Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement and/or your account/profile.

4. Communications to You:

1. We require an email address so that we may link subscribers with Premium content available only to paid subscribers.  This includes access to digital issues and premium content on chronofhorse.com.
2. The communications between you and us usually use electronic means, whether you access, visit or use the Service, send us messages, or whether we post notices on the Service or communicate with you via electronic messaging. For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from us in electronic form; and (b) agree that all notices, documents, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. 3. You understand and agree that joining the Service may include receiving certain communications from us, such as transactional or relationship messages, and/or messages about your account/profile, and that these communications are considered part of your account/profile and you may not be able to opt out of receiving them without ceasing to be a registered user of the Service.
