Store Policy

Types of Payment:

Payment for subscriptions and other products requires the use of a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (www.stellardental.my) You are responsible for all charges owed including shipping charges, tax, and any other costs.

Delivery:

Subscriptions: Please allow three to four weeks from the order date for your first issue.

Products: Product orders will be processed within two business days and sent via the most appropriate shipper for that item. (USPS, Fed Ex or UPS)

Returns and Exchanges

Please allow two to three weeks for subscription cancelations to process. Prorated refunds will be given, based on issues not yet served. Call 800-877-5467 or email chroniclestore@chronofhorse.com

All product returns must be made within thirty days of shipping date. Returns will only be accepted for unworn or unused merchandise. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Upon receipt of the return you will be refunded within seven business days. If you received an item that is a different size, color, or style than what you ordered, please contact the store administrator, chroniclestore@chronofhorse.com, and we will correct your order.

Quantities of some items may be limited, and delivery may not be available in your area. We do not guarantee that all orders will be filled. If your order is unable to be filled we will contact you and refund your payment.
