I am crossposting this for someone. I don't know the person personally, but the story is heartbreaking. Florida COTHers, please spread the word!

Hoping you can help bring my boy home to his family. My 12yo bay Arabian Gelding, Luke, has been sold/given away without my consent or knowledge by the caretaker with whom I left him with in June while I transferred my family North. Arrangements had been made for him to be shipped up in March of 2011, which the caretaker was fully cognizant of when she sold this horse.
He was picked up on Sunday, Dec 26, from the property he has been boarded on for the past few years. All I know about the people who picked him up is that they have a 9yo daughter and the mother may or may not work for a vet. He is in the Tallahassee, FL area somewhere- he was boarded in Monticello, FL.
I am willing to purchase my horse back from these people- they are innocent victims in this matter. Luke is not suitable for a child to ride without supervision, or for inexperienced horse owners, and I don't know anything about the people who got him. I want to find him before he hurts someone or is hurt himself. He is headshy, and can be very aggressive and pushy. He does not like men, and is notoriously bad for farriers and vets.
Luke is a 14.1hh bright bay, with a white star and two rear socks. He has a bulge on the left side of his face (if you are facing him). His mane may or may not be patchy or roached- recent reports said he looked like he had been rubbing on the fence. He has not had a farrier visit since August (the last time I was there to see and care for him), and is due to be wormed. He also doesn't have a valid Coggins and is behind on shots (caretaker refused to unlock property for the vet and meet him).
PLEASE HELP ME FIND HIM! I found out on Tuesday, 12/28 via Facebook that he had been sold/given away. The person I left him with has been completely uncooperative with both me and the Sherriff's Department about where he is.
Linked images are from early 2010, and show him in his winter coat. You can direct link those images into any forum.
