Board Rules

2. Conversations in horse-related forums should be horse-related.3. Keep conversations productive, on topic and civil.
Discussion and disagreement are inevitable and encouraged; personal insults, diatribes and sniping comments are unproductive and unacceptable. Whether a subject is light-hearted or serious, keep posts focused on the current topic and of general interest to other participants of that thread. Utilize the private message feature or personal email where appropriate to address side topics or personal issues not related to the topic at large.

Advertising Policy Specifics
When in doubt of whether something you want to post constitutes advertising, please contact a moderator privately in advance for further clarification. Refer to the following points for general guidelines:

Board members may ask for suggestions on breeding stallion recommendations. Stallion owners may reply to such queries by suggesting their own stallions, only if their horse fits the specific criteria of the original poster. Excessive promotion of a stallion by its owner or related parties is not permitted and will be addressed at the discretion of the moderators.

  • JUMPUSA still in business?

Does anyone know if JumpUSA (the PVC jump manufacturer) is still in business? Our barn has a set of jumps of theirs that I would like to add to and I can't get them to return emails, there is no phone listed on the website and the website doesn't have much by the way of pricing. The only threads I could find on COTH were at least 3/4 years old plus.
I would love to order more standards since the cups we have don't fit Burlingham jumps.....

It appears that JumpsUSA has gone dark but the shopping cart is still active. The last "news" update was way back in 2015. I would not feel comfortable ordering from a company that does not list a physical address and phone number.
Only phone number on the "contact us" web page is Europe based. You could try calling that number and maybe they will let you know if they are still active in US or not.

Someone posted on their facebook page in March of this year asking if they were still in business and there has been no response.

In 2014 I placed an order with JumpsUSA for keyhole standard adapter strips and breakaway cups. It was for a farm running 3-ring horse shows and we needed breakaway keyhole cups on all the back rails of the oxers, so the sum of the order was considerable. The payment went through, but JumpsUSA did not fulfill the order and did not return emails or phone calls and I had to pursue a refund from the credit card company.

Yeah, I wouldn't order through them no matter what their website lets you do.

I'm unsure if you would be interested, but I am actually selling a lot of my Jumps USA wings. I believe I have about 12-13 sets of wings (24-26 units total).

I know we had a local provider of their stuff here and they went out of business locally. I've been wondering for a while if they were still around. Good thread-interesting info.

If you're talking about the flat white bars that you can put flowers in, how many would you like? I have a bunch. I don't use them
