    Anyone ordered from RaceHorseMeds company?

I am looking to get their omeprazole/Misoprosto paste. My mare really needs to be treated for ulcers, however I don't have an extra $1K for Gastroguard unfortunately. My vet 'discreetly' told me about it, as it is not FDA approved yet half the price of Gastrogaurd.

    TIA!

I ordered from Abler on Oct 25th and had no problem paying with a credit card. Now having said that, the meds still aren't here yet because they're sitting in customs and have been since Nov. 7th. Not Abler's fault but just an FYI.

Updated to say Abler is shipping me a new order at no charge this morning. I guess if the original package ever clears customs I'll have more omeprazole than I could ever need.

yes, your only option is an electronic check. Been a customer of theirs for a number of years, ordering 5-6 times a year, large orders, $4-500 at a time for Abprazole as well as dewormer. Never had my payment information compromised or any security breach with my bank.

Good luck! Hope that slice heals quickly, ouch!

I've also used the Precision Pharmacy product with success. You'll need your vet's involvement, though--they don't sell without a script. We always used the omeprazole/ranitidine paste and it was, iirc, about $300 for a month of treatment?

I turned my vet on to them and buys a lot from them. All their products come in several different forms, paste, powder, liquid, etc. They supply all the race tracks in CA.
I’m in San Diego! I’ll look them up. Thank you!

With Nexium, you know exactly what you are getting - my vet was also more open to discussion on Nexium, because there are indeed equine studies on esomeprazole. The RHM stuff, while "approved" drugs, did not sit will with my vet, though he did understand why I couldn't shell out for ANOTHER round of GG before paying off my last one
    Thank you for your advice!

But I agree with Simkie that Nexium is a great alternative and even cheaper still.
