  • **ADOPTED**Wonderful Loving 4 y/o male Blue Nose Pit, Somerset County PA

    **Adoption Pending **

I am looking to rehome a wonderful 4 year old blue nose Pit we picked up off of a free facebook ad. We were casually looking for another dog and after speaking to the owner he sounded perfect. He wasn't neutered, but that's easy enough to fix. After getting him home it was quickly evident he was not as the owner said...

He is absolutely wonderful in the house, loves people and does great with my 5 year old son. He's polite, takes food nicely and is a very quiet fellow... He only barks a quick bark when something startles him. He doesn't even poop in the middle of the yard! He will go an poop at the edge of the woods. He's good with other dogs after a proper introduction.

He cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals that might run from him. Chickens are a bad idea as well. I know it's a long shot posting him on here, but I've literally got his pictures and story out everywhere. He's a good boy, he just wants to eat my cat... and when he outside, sometimes it's like the flick of a switch. He's got a strong prey drive and we just aren't a suitable family for him.

He's scheduled to go to the vet for his shots and will be scheduled for surgery at that time so he should be neutered some time next week. PM me here or call me at 814-441-5570 for more info. Thanks!

We are very happy for him, although we miss him VERY MUCH! Most lovable doggie ever! His snuggles were the best and made all the bad stuff from the day just melt away. He's very happy though and that's what's most important.
