Well established aftercare organization is seeking an Executive Director to manage a $2M operation including multiple farms and programs in nine states. This national organization is fully accredited by the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance as well as the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries and provides sanctuary for ex-racehorses that are no longer able to compete at the racetrack.
