Ride With Pride in Staunton, VA, is seeking a Program Director to head our team.
Our beautiful 100-acre facility is well established and has been serving our community for 28 years with seasoned therapy horses and volunteers. We’re a growing center dedicated to providing our clients a results oriented program matched to their abilities and needs. This is a tremendous opportunity for a leader who wants to build/grow a program.
The candidate must be a PATH Intl. Certified Instructor with experience in managing a therapeutic riding program to include the program of instruction, corresponding riding lessons, instructors, volunteers, and program’s horses. The candidate must have a baccalaureate degree, be well organized, have strong interpersonal communication skills along with experience in administration, management and supervision.
