Large breeding farm with dressage sales program is hiring a Barn Manager to be responsible for approximately 20 sales and show horses and supervise 5 to 10 barn personnel. Must have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and solid barn management experience. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working with Friesian and Warmblood horses. Reports directly to farm owner and Equine Manager. This position will be located in Chester County, PA and seasonally in Florida. Some working Spanish highly preferred. References and current U.S. work authorization required. Compensation and benefits to be discussed.
