A busy, historic, nonprofit, H/J lesson barn located in Chevy Chase, MD. The job requires oversight of all aspects of the operations including: staffing, current programs, horse care, non-profit programs, property & equipment. Must have knowledge of horse care, experience with lesson programs & previous management experience (preferably with non-profits); Candidate must be flexible & have exceptional people skills.
