Full-time Training Barn or Stallion Barn Groom position

Iron Spring Farm is looking for a team player who enjoys working with Friesian and Warmblood horses to fill a full-time Training Barn or Stallion Barn Groom position.
Candidate should display good communication skills, be self-motivated, have solid horse handling and show grooming experience, and be comfortable within a busy environment.
Knowledge of sport horses and working around young horses and stallions is highly preferred.
Duties to include stall cleaning, grooming and tacking up, feeding, turnout, and general cleaning.

Base 5 ½ day work week with the opportunity for additional hours. Very competitive starting wage based on experience.
Winter season in Wellington, FL. Summer months at our home base in Pennsylvania.
