Customer Service – The Farm House Tack Shop Landrum, SC

The Farm House Tack Shop has an opening in our customer service department, located in Landrum SC.

We are a retail provider for equestrians that ride in a range of disciplines consisting of hunters, jumpers, dressage, eventing, trail and more. We offer a range of inventory from basic barn essentials to show ring attire. We feel if The Farm House can’t find a product for a customer then nobody can.

This position will interact with our guests in person, over the phone and by email. You will assist with product follow up, product substitutions and refunds for our customers. This position deals with a high volume of calls and emails to follow up with on a daily basis. At times there is also a need to contact our dealers or vendors for product questions or time frames on arrival of products in production. The ideal candidate will have some equine knowledge, be reliable, respectful, a team player and be comfortable communicating and working with a variety of personalities. We need you to have excellent telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
