Director of Horsemanship

– Ensure ongoing excellence of the Culver Academies Horsemanship Department

– Manage all aspects of Vaughn Equestrian Center, Jud Little Riding Hall and related facilities

– Maintain health and well-being of herd of approximately 100 horses

-Actively engage and energize students, staff and alumni

– Ensure policies, procedures and programs are consistently administered and aligned with safety
protocols and organizational goals
