Chatham Hall is seeking an Assistant Director of Riding to work with the Director in providing expert instruction and management of the school’s prominent hunter jumper program.

Founded in 1894 in Chatham Virginia, Chatham Hall is a premier college preparatory boarding school for girls in Grades 9-12. The ideal candidate for the position should demonstrate strong organization and communication skills, a sensibility for boarding school life and understand the dynamic balance of excellence in academics and athletics, and possess proficiency in equestrian sport and horsemanship, including teaching, coaching and riding.

Bachelor’s degree and experience required. This is a 12 – month faculty position with competitive salary and benefits. Housing is also provided.
