WEC Ocala representatives have applied for horse show dates from the U.S. Equestrian Federation, and in the event they are unable to obtain dates, then they will host non-sanctioned WEC hunter/jumper shows.

The release also states the facility will be built to international standards in order to host FEI events, and WEC representatives have begun discussions with organizations that manage FEI events and presented WEC Ocala for consideration.

In addition to hunter/jumper shows, the facility will be able to host dressage, para equestrian, vaulting, reining and breed shows as well as non-equestrian events.
