It’s not often that judges throw out 10 handy bonus points, let alone both panels, but Samantha Schaefer laid it down in the $25,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby to earn a perfect 10 in the handy with In The Know to take the victory during the Upperville Colt & Horse Show.
