Holly Shepherd had a sizeable lead with Kodachrome following the classic round of the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby at the Gulf Coast Classic in Gulfport, Mississippi, on March 9. A conservative round in the handy would have clinched the win, but Shepherd saw a slick inside turn that she couldn’t pass up.
