Spain’s Beatriz Ferrar-Salat might be thinking about retiring her 17-year-old partner Delgado next year, but the FEI Madrid World Cup Qualifier (Spain), the Westphalian gelding proved he’s not ready to hang up his shoes for the pasture life quite yet. In a competition that upped the ante with every new partnership entering the ring, the pair took things to a new level by winning the freestyle on a 81.25 percent.
