USEF Reminds Riders Of New FEI Fee

The staff at the U.S. Equestrian Federation is reminding all riders who compete in any competition recognized by the Federation Equestre Internationale that they'll have to pay new fees in 2006.

Last April, at their General assembly, FEI delegates approved a rule requiring an annual fee for all horses and riders competing in FEI-sanctioned competitions, in show jumping, dressage, eventing, endurance, driving, vaulting and reining. The fee is $15 per horse and $15 per rider, paid each year.
