USEF Announces Show Jumping Athletes For World Cup Final

The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced the show jumping athletes who will be attending the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 16-20. Although the U.S. was granted 10 qualifying slots—the seven highest ranking U.S. athletes in the North American League from East USA (USEF Zones 1 through 7) and the three highest ranking athletes from West USA (USEF Zones 8 through 12)—only five athletes with six horses will attend.

• Kent Farrington (Wellington, Florida) and Greya, a 10-year-old Oldenburg mare (Colestus—Contessa 128, Contender), owned by Kent Farrington LLC, and Toulayna, a 10-year-old Zangersheide mare (Toulon—Vuelta, Parco), owned by Kent Farrington LLC and Rabbit Root Stables LLC. Denise Moriarty will be their groom.

• Jill Humphrey (Sacramento, California) and Chromatic BF, a 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding (Connor—Sonnengirl BF, Concept 2), owned by Branscomb Farms LLC. Porfirio Rodrigues will be their groom.

• Devin Ryan (Long Valley, New Jersey) and Eddie Blue, a 15-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding (VDL Zirocco Blue—Silvana, Marlon), owned by LL Show Jumpers LLC. Angela Baugh will be their groom.

• Sophia Siegel (Portola Valley, California) and A-Girl, her own 14-year-old Swedish Warmblood mare (A-Dur—Sanburgs Carina, Careful 28). Javier Ibarra will be their groom.

• Skylar Wireman (Bonsall, California), and Tornado her own 10-year-old Swedish Warmblood gelding (Diarado—Chiquitita, Chacco-Blue). Alicia Thompson will be their groom.

The Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final will take place Wednesday April 17, through Saturday, April 20.
•    Wednesday, April 17 – Final I at noon Eastern Time

•    Thursday, April 18 – Final II at 11:50 a.m. ET

•    Saturday, April 20 – Final III at 10:30 a.m. ET
