The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced changes made to the U.S. eventing team competing at the Boekelo CCI*** in the Netherlands. The event doubles as a Nations Cup tournament, where three of the horse-and-rider combinations will compete against teams from other nations.
The USEF has added Michael Pollard and his horse DV8 to the list in replacement of two American riders who recently withdrew. DV8 is an 11-year-old New Zealand Thoroughbred gelding owned by Michael, Nathalie Pollard and Carl Bouckaert.
Two riders have withdrawn, Ali Slusher with Last Call, and Jules Stiller with Charlie Weld.
The remaining riders, in addition to Pollard, who will contest the Boekelo CCI*** and the Nations Cup are:

-Boyd Martin and Otis Barbotiere, a 9-year-old Selle Francais gelding (Quidam de Revel SF—Java Barbotiere SF, Veneur de Baugy) owned by the Otis Barbotiere Syndicate
-Boyd Martin and Remington XXV, a 15-year-old Hanoverian gelding (Rubinstein I—Weserpalme, Wenzel I) owned by Henley House Stables
-Tamra Smith and Mar de Amor, an 11-year-old Selle Francais gelding (Anarcos—Baika de Baussy, Grand Veneur) owned by Leigh Mesher
The Boekelo CCI*** will take place Oct. 5-9 in Boekelo, the Netherlands.
