USEF Announces 2025 Eventing Pathway Program Lists

The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced the Eventing Pathway Program Lists for 2025, including the Elite, Pre-Elite, Development and Development 25 Programs. 

Eventing Elite Program: 
The following athlete-and-horse combinations, listed in alphabetical order, have achieved the Eventing Elite Program List for 2025. 

  • Will Coleman (Ocala, Florida) and Off The Record (VDL Arkansas—Dumagoldan Bay), a 15-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by the Off The Record Syndicate. 
  • Boyd Martin (Cochranville, Pennsylvania) and Fedarman B (Eurocommerce Washington—Paulien B), a 14-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by the Annie Goodwin Syndicate. 
  • Caroline Pamukcu (Springtown, Pennsylvania) and HSH Blake (Tolan R—Doughiska Lass), a 9-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by Caroline Pamukcu, Sherrie Martin, Mollie Hoff and Deniz Pamukcu. 


Eventing Pre-Elite Program: 
The following athlete-and-horse combinations, listed in alphabetical order, have achieved the Eventing Pre-Elite Program List for 2025. 

  • James Alliston (San Ramon, California) and Karma (Escudo II—Travita*), a 10-year-old Oldenburg mare owned by Alliston Equestrian and Ric Plummer. 
  • Jennie Brannigan (West Grove, Pennsylvania) and FE Lifestyle (Leo von Faelz—Berina A), a 14-year-old warmblood gelding owned by Nina and Timothy Gardner. 
  • Hallie Coon (Ocala, Florida) and Cute Girl (Coventry—Caligula), a 10-year-old Holsteiner mare owned by Hallie and Helen Coon. 
  • Martin and Commando 3 (Conner—R-Adelgunde), an 11-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by Yankee Creek Ranch. 

Membership is reviewed twice annually for the Eventing Elite and Pre-Elite Program Lists.  Eventing Development Program: 
The following athlete-and-horse combinations, listed in alphabetical order, have achieved the objective criteria for the Eventing Development Athlete Program for 2025.

  • Jenny Caras (Buckhead, Georgia) and Sommersby (Sergeant Pepper—D’Mademoiselle), a 12-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by Jennifer Caras and Jerry Hollis. 
  • Julie Wolfert (Bucyrus, Kansans) and SSH Playboy (Cit Cat—Stomeyford Black Pearl), a 12-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by Julie Wolfert, Renee Senter, Sheri Gurske. 


The following athlete-horse-combinations, listed in alphabetical order, have been selected for the Eventing Development Athlete Program for 2025.  

  • Mia Farley (Ocala, Florida) and Phelps (Tiznow—Boom Town Gal), an 11-year-old Thoroughbred gelding owned by David O’Connor. 
  • Cornelia Fletcher (Ocala, Florida) and Daytona Beach 8 (Duke of Heart—Sandance), a 14-year-old Oldenburg mare owned by the HCS Syndicate. 
  • Alyssa Phillips (Forth Worth, Texas) and Oskar (Coriando—Nicole), a 15-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by Julie and Alyssa Phillips.

The following athletes, in alphabetical order, have been named to the Development 25 program for 2025

  • Cosby Green (Lexington, Kentucky) 
  • Lizzie Hoff (Gig Harbor, Washington) 
  • Meg Pellegrini (Wayne, Pennsylvania) 
  • Cassie Sanger (Wilmington, Delaware) 
  • Madison Temkin (Lexington, Kentucky) 
  • Elsa Warble (Portola Valley, California)
