Kim Severson will conduct two-day training sessions with the riders named to the 2007 U.S. Equestrian Federation’s Eventing Developing Rider List. To qualify, each horse/rider combination must have completed a CCI** or above and preference is given to riders without prior team experience.
The training sessions will take place in Ocala, Fla., Aiken, S.C. and Temecula, Calif. Following these training sessions, Severson and the Eventing Selection Committee will select up to five individuals to receive training grants. The grants may be used for training purposes only and will be managed by the USEF Director of Eventing. These individuals will also be invited to attend a training session held along side the training session for Pan American Games Short List in the beginning of July 2007.
