U.S. Dressage Team Takes Bronze At WEG

With a strong team effort, and a personal best ride for Steffen Peters on Floriano, the U.S. team has claimed the team bronze medal at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany today, Aug. 23. 

With a team total of 213.917 percent (the top three scores added together), the Americans finished just behind the Netherlands (217.917).  The Dutch fought a hard battle with the home-team Germans for the gold. But the German juggernaut was not to be denied, and they claimed gold with a 223.625 total percentage.
