On Monday, March 31 at 3 p.m., professional event riders Craig Thompson, Boyd Martin, Laura VanderVliet, Mara Dean and Will Coleman will be present on the eventing forum of the Chronicle’s bulletin boards, www.chronicleforums.com to answer questions about the current issues facing the sport of eventing. 

Talking points will be…  What can we do to strengthen the role of the rider representative at events?  What can we do to further improve course design?  What’s going on at the professional level of the sport and how does that affect the amateur and lower-level riders?

Participants will have to be registered users of the Chronicle’s forums. The chat will be moderated and Chronicle editorial staff reserve the right to delete any posting deemed inappropriate.  Thompson, Martin and VanderVliet will spend up to an hour answering questions and addressing concerns.  Please email Molly Sorge at staff@chronofhorse.com with any questions.
