The American Horse Publications awarded The Chronicle of the Horse, coth.com, Untacked and their contributors 12 honors for excellence in equine journalism. The winners were named at the AHP Equine Media Conference, held May 30-June 1 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Chronicle’s bi-monthly lifestyle magazine, Untacked, earned general excellence honors as the best magazine in its class. Four other submissions topped their categories as well. Notably this marks at least the fifth year that a story from the Chronicle or Untacked topped the personality profile single article category.
