The great state of Texas is at it again!  One more reason to bring your hunters to Texas horse shows is the 2012 “Pre Green Super Stakes Series”.  This Series was created to provide new show opportunities when developing young hunters. With a list of 19 A and AA-rated participating Texas shows, this Program is already underway for enrolled horses, not only from Texas, but from Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York and Florida.

Each of the participating shows will offer a minimum $2,500 Stakes Class with $75 added back for each Low and High Pre Green hunter competing in the class.  The Program will offer year-end awards for horses, owners, riders and trainers based on money won, as well as a bonus to the top Thoroughbred horses competing. The Super Stakes Series concludes with a $25,000 Added Finals Class to be held at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center in Katy, Texas, in November 2012, and will be open to all horses that have been enrolled. This totals to over $75,000 available for Pre-Green hunters enrolled in the Program and competing in Texas.
