Sweden Names Teams For 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games

The Swedish Equestrian Federation has named the horses and riders representing Sweden at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in Mill Spring, North Carolina, held Sept. 11-23.

The following combinations have been named to the show jumping team:

Malin Baryard Johnsson and H&M Indiana
Peder Fredricson and H&M All In, H&M Christian K or Hansson WL
Fredrik Jönsson and Cold Play
Henrik von Eckermann and Toveks Mary Lou
The chef d’equipe is Henrik Ankarcrona.

The following combinations have been named to the dressage team:

Patrik Kittel and Deja or Well Done De La Roche CMF
Therese Nilshagen and Dante Weltino OLD
Juliette Ramel and Buriel KH
Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén and Don Auriello or Paridon Magi
The chef d’equipe is Bo Jenå.
The reserve riders are Antonia Ramel on Brother De Jeu and Rose Mathisen on Zuidenwind 1187

The following combinations have been named to the eventing team:

Sara Algotsson Ostholt and Wega
Anna Freskgård and Box Qutie
Niklas Lindbäck and Focus Filiocus
Louise Svensson Jähde and Wieloch’s Utah Sun or Waikiki 207
Ludwig Svennerstål and El Kazir SP or Stinger
The chef d’equipe is Fredrik Bergendorff
The reserve riders are Hanna Berg on Quite Survivor and Malin Josefsson on Allan V.

The Swedish federation is also sending an endurance team and two para-dressage individuals.
