Sundance Proves Himself In Centennial Field Hunter Championships

The blue ribbon hanging from Sundance’s bridle after the Western District qualifier for the Centennial Field Hunter Championships wasn’t just another prize for Terry Olsen. “This horse was a project, and over the years, people have told me to get rid of him, asking me why I keep him. So, I think it was a very special win,” she said.

“It proved to me that I was right about my horse, and it shows that if you work really hard, sometimes you reach your goal. It gave me a feeling of accomplishment. It probably meant a lot more than it would have on one of my other horses. Out of any competition I’ve done in my life, this one is the one that will stand out in my mind.”
