U.S. Equestrian Federation officials announced the four horse and rider combinations who will make up the U.S. team at the Spruce Meadows CSIO*****, Sept. 9-13 in Calgary, Alta.
The riders are as follows:
• Ashlee Bond, 24, of Hidden Hills, Calif., on Cadett 7, a 12-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by Little Valley Farms.
• Richard Spooner, 39, of Agua Dulce, Calif., on Cristallo, an 11-year-old Holsteiner gelding owned by the rider.
• Laura Kraut, 43, of Wellington, Fla., on Cedric, an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by Peter Wetherill and Happy Hill Farm.
• Beezie Madden, 45, of Cazenovia, N.Y., on Danny Boy, a 9-year-old Belgian Warm-blood gelding owned by Abigail Wexner.

• Todd Minikus, 47, of Loxahatchee, Fla., on Pavarotti, a 12-year-old Dutch Warm-blood gelding owned by the rider.
• Lauren Hough, 32, of Wellington, Fla., on Quick Study, a 10-year-old French-bred gelding owned by Laura Mateo.
• Rich Fellers, 49, Wilsonville, Ore., on Flexible, a 12-year-old Irish Warmblood stallion owned by Harry and Mollie Chapman.
