By completing this survey, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to participants 18 years or older, must be a resident of the United States.
• How to enter: Entrants must complete the survey by clicking the “Submit Survey” button at the bottom.
• The Chronicle of the Horse and Shires will receive the responses to the questions in the survey.  The Chronicle of the Horse will not share email addresses or personal information with Shires or other 3rd parties.
• Prizes: 1 Highlander Plus Turn Out blanket (standard neck)

• Prize Pack Approx. Value: $130-$150 depending on choice.
• Selection: All survey respondents will be entered into one pool and drawn at random via https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/.  6 winners will be selected.
• Distribution: The winners will be notified via email.  Once notified, the winners will agree to provide shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse for the purpose of prize distribution.  The winners will have until 12 PM ET on October 5th, 2022 to supply shipping information, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.  The Chronicle of the Horse is not responsible for any problems, issues, or delays in shipping or prize collection. If the winner does not supply shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse within the time allowed, a new winner may be selected using the same process as above.
• Timeline: Entries will open as soon as the survey is available (12 PM ET on September 16th, 2022) , and will close at 12 PM ET on September 30th, 2022.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing from The Chronicle of the Horse or Shires does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
