A group called Horses In California Inc. has submitted one of three bids to the U.S. Equestrian Federation to host a new fall four-star CCI, beginning in October 2006 in San Francisco. The event would complement the Rolex Kentucky CCI, which has been a four-star since 1998, one of four in the world.
