The Rolex Kentucky CCI**** has announced that they will sell tailgating spaces along the cross-country course for the 2011 event, to be held Apr. 28-May 1 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
Pricing for spaces will range from $275-$325 and will provide a reserved location for one passenger vehicle and general admission for up to eight people. Tailgaters may bring their own food or may pre-order special packages through Lundy’s Catering.

“There probably is no more exciting day in equestrian sports than cross-country day of the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event,” said Christina Gray, Event Director of Competition. “We are thrilled to present our thousands of fans with this exciting new option to tailgate along portions of the course as they watch horses and riders gallop by at speeds up to 25 mph and negotiate the course’s breathtaking obstacles, water complexes, banks and ditches.”
