The United States (Urico/Mario Deslauriers, Quick Study/Lauren Hough, Sapphire/McLain Ward, Cedric/Laura Kraut, 38.69) placed 10th. Vigo D’Arsouilles (Phillipe Le Jeune of Belgium) won the individual show jumping gold over Seldana Di Campalto (Abdullah Al Sharbatly of Saudi Arabia) & Hickstead (Eric Lamaze of Canada). U.S. placings included: seventh—Sapphire (Ward).
