Lexington, Ky.—Aug. 13
For the past week the equestrian world’s smallest participants took over the Kentucky Horse Park for the USEF Pony Finals. The competitors are varied, from the nation’s leading child riders on top ponies vying for blue ribbons, to children on their first ponies simply hoping for a good experience.
