When police officers came to investigate a domestic violence report at David Wilson’s home, he attempted to evade them in an unusual manner—he tried to run them down with his horse.
The 39-year-old suspect from Wyandotte, Okla., was charged with assaulting a police officer after he allegedly circled officers with his horse in an effort to knock them over.
According to an affidavit from Ottawa County officers, Laura Wilson called the police after David tried to get his horse to walk on her during an argument. Policemen were interviewing Laura, when David appeared riding his horse with a beer in hand, according to Tulsa World.
