The country consists of six parcels. One lies in Iowa and the terrain varies from fixture to fixture. Rolling pasture land to stubblefields to wooded to rolling sand hills with spectacular views. All areas are paneled with coops and natural obstacles. A Thoroughbred or Thoroughbred cross is best suited.
