By completing this survey, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to participants 18 years or older, must be a resident of the United States.
• How to enter: Entrants must complete the survey by clicking the “Submit Survey” button at the bottom.
• The Chronicle of the Horse and Nikovian will receive the responses to the questions in the survey.  The Chronicle of the Horse will not share email addresses or personal information with Nikovian or other 3rd parties.
• Prizes: One Maroon Summer Breech and one Sleeveless Black Top
• Prize Pack Approx. Value: $330
• Selection: All survey respondents will be entered into one pool and drawn at random via https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/.  1 winner will be selected.
• Distribution: The winners will be notified via email.  Once notified, the winners will agree to provide shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse for the purpose of prize distribution.  The winners will have until 12 PM ET on September 20th, 2022 to supply shipping information, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.  The Chronicle of the Horse is not responsible for any problems, issues, or delays in shipping or prize collection. If the winner does not supply shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse within the time allowed, a new winner may be selected using the same process as above.
• Timeline: Entries will open as soon as the survey is available (12 PM ET on September 6th, 2022) , and will close at 12 PM ET on Thursday, September 15th, 2022.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing from The Chronicle of the Horse or Nikovian does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
