MFHA Plans Protest Against Visiting British Prime Minister

In response to the vote on Sept. 15 by the British House of Commons to ban hunting with hounds throughout England, the leaders of the Masters of Foxhounds Association of North American are planning a protest against British Prime Minister Tony Blair, tomorrow, Nov. 12. Blair will be in Washington, D.C., to hold a joint press conference at the White House with President Bush at 11:30 a.m.

Dennis Foster, the executive director of the MFHA, is coordinating the protest. He said he and other MFHA officials want the protest to be a well-mannered and polite demonstration, and he
