Mexico Announces Teams For The Pan American Games

On June 12 the Federación Ecuestre Mexicana announced the Mexican riders who will compete in all three disciplines at the 2019 Pan American Games, which will take place in Lima, Peru, July 26-Aug. 11. For dressage and eventing, the federation also announced the horses who have been selected.

The following riders have been named to the jumping team:

  • Enrique González Delgado
  • Eugenio Garza Pérez
  • Lorenza O’Farrill Toscano
  • Patricio Pasquel Quintana

The reserve is Salvador Oñate Barrón.

The following horse-and-rider pairs have been named to the eventing team:

  • Pedro Gutiérrez Aja and California Mail
  • Guillermo Germán de Campo Marambio and Quelite
  • Abraham Gaspar Ojeda Serrano and Tamara
  • José Alan Triana Martínez and Violento

The reserve is Fernando Parroquín Delfín on Romana.

The following horse-and-rider pairs have been named to the dressage team:

  • Martha Fernanda del Valle and Beduino LAM
  • Bernadette Pujals and Curioso
  • Enrique Palacios and Tinto
  • Antonio Rivera and Fite

The reserve is Irvin Leiva on Pabellon.
